Help make the river a cleaner and safer place for our community’s children! The 26th Annual Junior Fishing Derby is almost here and the nice folks over at Lassen County Behavioral Health are inviting you to join them in a ‘random act of kindness’ this Saturday to help clean up the Susan River.
Cleanup begins at 9:00 Saturday morning and participants are asked to meet by the Alexander Street bridge where organizers will get you up to speed and send you out to help clean up the river. Cleanup is expected to be finished by noon.
