The Lassen County Fair takes place next week and Lassen Family Services is collecting donations to help send local kids, who can’t afford a carnival wristband or ride tickets, to the fairgrounds for some fun at one of Susanville’s biggest annual events.
Wristbands, which are $35 a day or $100 for the week, will be given to children who are currently in LFS programs.

Donations can also be made at LFS’s office located at 1306 Riverside Drive, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 5:00 and Fridays from 9:00 to noon. For more information you can call 257-5459.
