A High Wind Warning along highway 395 has been placed by the CHP as of 11:20a.m., from the junction of Highway 36 in Johnstonville to the Nevada Border.
There are two closures affecting high profile vehicles over 9ft.
One is southbound on Highway 395 from Highway 36 to Nevada state line.
A second closure will be northbound 395 at Hallelujah Junction.
