UPDATED: As of 5:35p.m. the California Highway Patrol has downgraded the High Wind Warning to a High Wind Advisory.
A High Wind Warning along highway 395 has been placed by the CHP as of 12:50p.m., from the junction of Highway 36 in Johnstonville to the Nevada Border.
TRAVEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CAMPERS, TRAILERS OR PERMIT LOADS
