Highway Patrol’s 140 Squad Club Hosting Sober Grad Golf Tournament

0

The 140 Squad Club will be hosting their 19th Annual Sober Grad Golf Tournament on June 10th, 2016 at the premiere Bailey Creek Golf Course in Lake Almanor.

Registration is currently open for teams of four. The cost is $110 per player which includes greens fees, shared cart, unlimited range balls, tri-tip dinner and a t-shirt. The tournament is limited to 140 players so make your reservations soon.

Prizes will be awarded for the longest drive, closest to the pin and putting competitions.

The 140 Squad Club relies greatly on local businesses and community members from both Lassen and Plumas counties to promote this event by sponsoring tees and providing raffle prizes.

This event has helped to raise a substantial amount of funds for both Lassen and Plumas County Sober Grad Events. In 2014, Lassen County and Chester High Schools received over $6,000. This money was used to provide safe and sober events for graduating seniors.

For more information or to register a team please call 530.257.2191 or visit the Susanville Highway Patrol office at 472-400 Diamond Crest Rd.
