The Honey Lake Valley Recreation Authority is officially inviting applications from community members to fill an opening for a Public Board Member. If you are passionate about the swimming pool and looking for a meaningful way to serve your community, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact.
The chosen applicant will serve as the crucial fifth member of the board, where the primary function is to oversee and facilitate the operations of the community pool. To qualify for this role, applicants must be a registered voter living in Lassen County.
To be considered for this public board seat, interested individuals need to submit a letter of interest along with a brief description of their qualifications. The final deadline for all letter submissions is June 15th, at 1:00p.m.

The interviews and final appointment of the fifth member will take place the following day, June 16th, during the regularly scheduled board meeting at 4:00p.m. This meeting will be in Council Chambers located at 66 N. Lassen Street.
