A Susanville tradition for decades, the story of Clara and the enchanted nutcracker will once again be performed by the Reno Dance Company with more than 80 local cast members this weekend at the Veterans Memorial Hall.
Here in Susanville one local cast of dancers will perform on Friday and another group performs Saturday with local dance standouts Hannah Martin and Juliette Singleton each portraying Clara.
With great costumes, scenery and spectacular choreography, the production, which is made possible locally by the Susanville Best of Broadway organization, is a holiday favorite for local families.
Performances are scheduled for this Saturday, November 18th at 2:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. and Sunday, November 19th 1:00p.m., and 6:00p.m.
