Light snow will continue this afternoon then become moderate to heavy at times this evening through Wednesday morning.
Snow accumulations: 6 to 12 inches west of Highway 395 with 2 to 6 inches east of Highway 395.
Winds: gusts of 35 to 45 mph today and tonight.
Snow levels: near valley floors through Wednesday morning.
Travel will be hazardous for highways 36… 44… 89 and 395 with chain restrictions. Winds will create areas of blowing snow with reduced visibility.
