Forest Office Equipment is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join their team in a front office/project coordination role.
This is not a traditional receptionist position. This role is responsible for managing customer communication, organizing incoming design projects, and helping maintain an efficient workflow within our graphic design, signage, and Kyocera copier sales & maintenance business.
Training will be provided, but the ability to problem-solve and find answers independently is essential. This position includes a 90-day introductory period to ensure a good fit for both the employee and the company.
The right candidate will:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects
- Be comfortable learning and using CRM systems like ClickUp
- Problem-solve and find answers independently
- Take initiative without constant direction
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Entering and managing jobs in our system
- Assisting with quoting smaller projects
- Scheduling and helping keep projects on track
This position requires someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to think critically. While the pace can vary, there is always work to be done and opportunities to stay productive.
