HIRING A PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER
Job duties include (but are not limited to) being responsible for effectively and efficiently overseeing plumbing and fire sprinkler projects from concept to completion using both plumbing technical knowledge and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality following all code, safety and policy procedures and regulations (CalOSHA, the California State Contractors Licensing Board (CLSB), the State of California and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Call Before You Dig and local official departments) and while working with the Owner (report to), other project managers, architects, engineers, other contractors, vendors, inspectors and other public officials, administrative and other team members.
Note: this position will require travel between Redding and Susanville.
