Job Announcement: Lassen Municipal Utility District: Accounting Technician
ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN
Salary Range: $28.48 – $39.88/hour

Lassen Municipal Utility District (“LMUD”) has an opening for an Accounting
Technician.
This full-time position will perform various bookkeeping and accounting functions. Must
be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Must possess a
high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and have the ability to work under
pressure to meet deadlines. Experience in Payroll, Accounts Payable, Bank
Reconciliations and General Ledger Accounting are preferred.
An equivalent combination of education, experience and training may be considered.
Applicants should be prepared to be tested to demonstrate their abilities.
Finalist will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment physical examination and
drug screening.
