Lassen Municipal Utility District: Customer Service Manager
Lassen Municipal Utility District (LMUD) is seeking a qualified and motivated Customer Service Manager to plan and coordinate the District’s customer service, billing, and collection functions. This leadership position ensures excellent customer relations, efficient operations, and responsible financial stewardship while promoting positive public relations within the community.
This position oversees LMUD’s customer service functions to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service to the District’s customers. This role manages billing and collection activities to protect the District’s accounts receivable; trains, supervises, and supports customer service staff; and produces accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. The position is also responsible for developing and managing the departmental budget, coordinating with the IT Department on system updates and improvements, and planning and completing special projects as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Minimum two years of supervisory experience
At least five years of relevant customer service experience
