Legacy Optometry – Patient Care Coordinator/ Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, motivated individual with excellent communication skills that’s wanting to be a part of an amazing team. Applicant must be professional, well organized and a team player who works independently with minimal supervision. Computer skills are required. Previous optometric or optical experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
*Scheduling patients in Eyefinity Practice Management.
*Collect/Post copays and payments.
*Checking in patients
*Checking out patients
*Verify insurance eligibility
*Front desk duties
*Assisting in patient referrals and phone calls.
*Customer Service Excellence
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: Based upon experience
- 8 hour shift/ 32 hours/week
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
