Plumas Pines Resort: Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager
Plumas Pines Resort is looking for an Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager for the 2025 season and beyond. We have roughly 15 acres, including roughly 1500′ of shoreline and many different parts of the business. We have a restaurant, bar, store, 17 lodging units, 64 RV sites, boat rentals, and a full-service marina with a floating gas dock. We are Lake Almanor’s only restaurant with a fantastic view, full bar, and a courtesy dock to pull up to and live music on the weekends. We serve lunch and dinner 6 days a week during the main season. We serve meals ranging from specialty burgers, delicious sandwiches, salads, apps, pasta, steaks, and seafood.
Our season is roughly May 1 – November 1, and the chef position is longer than our season. Our ultimate goal is to form a partnership for many years to come. Pay range of $25-$35 an hour DOE.
