The Lassen County Sheriff’s Department has released details behind the investigation and subsequent arrest of a Johnstonville man on January 6th, identified as Arik Baker, for nine counts related to lewd and lascivious acts with a minor.
According to Sergeant John McGarva, Baker is being held at the Lassen County Jail on $1,000,000 bail and is charged with seven counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under the age of 14, and two counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under 14 with the suspect being more than 10 years older than the victim.
