The Lassen Motorcycle Club will be featuring two races this Saturday as part of their Diamondback Summer Poker Run and Night Race series, with races being held at the Fort Sage OHV area.
This Saturday’s Poker Run begins at 9:00a.m. and rider check-in for the Team Night Race is at 7:00p.m.
Poker Run
The game is 5-Card Stud and bikes, quads and side-by-sides are welcome. There will be a separate routes for bikes and 4-wheeled vehicles award plaques for high hand in each division.
The Poker Run starts at 9:00a.m. but you may start at your leisure between 9:00 and 10:00.
Entry for the Poker Run is $50 per hand and T-shirts and finisher pins are included for all participants.
Team Night Race (Bikes Only)
The Night Race features teams of two riders, which must consist of Expert/Novice, Amateur/Amateur or Amateur/Novice. Riders 16 or under will be classified and Amateur or Novice.
Both riders on the team must use the same bike and you must take the checkers to finish.
There is a mandatory rider check-in at 7:00p.m. and the course will be approximately 8 miles.
Entry fee for the night race is $100 per team and there will be trophies for top 3, with t-shirts and finisher pins included with entry.
Multiple Camp Sites available on first come, first serve basis, and will be marked upon entry to the mail trailhead.
