How is good land stewardship connected to your delicious local dinner and the health of your community? Drop in to a showing of the Cows to Carrots film program and find out.
The “Cows to Carrots Onscreen” project shares the story of how wise range and forest management restore the soil and support diverse food production and community health. It consists of a hand-picked film program followed by a panel discussion featuring local expert farmers and ranchers.
The post-film panel will talk about the issues in the film and answer any questions you have about the art and science of land stewardship and how it impacts our local food supply.
