Lassen Community College has announced that it will offer free online IT Support Specialist Certification classes beginning August 18th. The program is designed to help individuals gain valuable skills to advance their careers, with all courses offered at no cost.
The curriculum covers a wide range of essential IT topics, including Troubleshooting, Customer Service, Networking, System Administration, Security, and Operating Systems.
The classes are flexible, allowing students to learn on a schedule that works for them, with no set log-in hours required.
Basic computer literacy skills are recommended for participants, and a certification will be awarded upon completion of the program.
