Lassen Community College offers Carry Concealed Weapons Courses.
Firearms training Refresher ( GSS-52BR-M8508) is the CCW Renewal Course. Saturday, July 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Class will be held at the Rice Canyon Range.
Firearms Training (GS-52B-M8006) is the CCW Initial Class. The lecture portion of the class will be held in the Vocational/Technical Building, room VT101 from 6:00 to 9:50 p.m. on Thursday, August 8th and Friday, August 9th.
The 8 hour lab portion will be held on Saturday, August 10th at the Rice Canyon Shooting Range located 1.7 miles past High Desert State Prison on Rice Canyon Road.
