Monday, December 5
Susanville Elks Lodge Monday Night Football Tacos starts at 5:30 p.m. at the Elks Lodge, 400 Main Street. For more information, please call (530) 257-4810.

Monday, December 5
Westwood Bingo is every Monday night at 125 Birch St., in Westwood. $10 per ten pack of cards, $1 Quickie games and $1 Early Bird Game.

Wednesday, December 7
Every Blooming Thing will be holding their Holiday Workshops again this year. Fresh wreath making class will be at 3:00 p.m. and the cost is $28.00. Baskets and wreaths are homemade with Douglas Fir, Silver Tip, White Fir, Sugar Pine and Incense Cedar. Please call 251-2330 to pre-register & pre-pay for classes.

Wednesday, December 7

Knights of Columbus Wednesday Night Bingo. 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., dinner, 6:30 pm early bird bingo, 7:00 p.m., regular bingo games. Proceeds go to scholarships and aid for other no-profit organizations.  Monsignor Moran Hall, 140 N. Weatherlow Street. For more information, please call Richard (530) 249-0022.

Wednesday, December 7
Lassen County Arts Council, Adult Coloring Club. This is a wonderful opportunity to unplug from social media and electronic entertainment and practice mindfulness. Join us on the first and third Wednesday of every month in the Gallery from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. We hope to take our Adult Coloring Club on the road on special occasions to share the fun with other groups. The Gallery will provide light refreshments. Come join us for stress relieving Adult Coloring. Attendees must be 18 years or older.

Lassen College and Kinship Education Free Workshop. The Importance of Self-care Presented by: Natalie Karso. Everyone knows Self-care is important, but often ask why Self-care is so difficult to practice?  Through open discussions Natalie will assist you with identifying and better understanding your personal needs, habits, obstacles, stressors, and interests.  By exploring some of those tough questions and removing barriers you will gain tools to create your own individual path toward integrated wellness for yourself and for those you love. So let’s have some FUN! This workshop will be from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Lassen College in the Creative Arts building room 127. The Lassen Land and Trails Trust invites LLTT members and the public to their annual season wrap party at 5:00 p.m., at the Historic Susanville Railroad Depot in Susanville.  They’ll share information about this past year’s accomplishments and their upcoming projects for 2017, followed by a social hour.
