Lassen County Chamber of Commerce Weekly Update

Patti Hagata, Executive Director

There have been many break-ins reported in the past few months; the Chamber has experienced this first hand with a break-in of the office in February. In an effort to help area businesses prepare and prevent this from occurring, the Lassen County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a symposium to discuss business safety and security.  Information from Lassen County Sheriff’s Office, Susanville City Police Department, Alarm Companies, Data Protection and Back-up Companies, Insurance Providers, and others will be provided. A question and answer session will follow the presentations. The symposium will be held at Lassen Ale Works at the Pioneer Saloon, on Tuesday, March 18, 12 noon to 1:30 pm. For more information contact the Chamber at 257-4323.

The Pardner Farm Supply invites you to attend a “New Owner Meet & Greet” Tuesday, March 11, 2014, 11:00 to 2:00 pm. They invite everyone to join them for a BBQ and stop by and check out the “Product Trade Show” featuring items that will be available at the Pardner Farm Supply. For more information contact The Pardner at 257-5176.

Sierra Central Credit Union will host the Thursday, March 20, 2014 Chamber Mixer. Food and no-host bar will be available. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend; everyone is welcomed to stop by to mingle with friends and business associates and we encourage you to bring a friend. We hope to see you there!
