The Chamber will be ordering 2020 Labor Law posters which feature all required federal and state notices on one poster. They will be available for sale to Chamber members for $30ea./ or non-member for $40 per poster. California employers and businesses are required to post updated employment posters at each place of business.  Pre-orders are now being taken; contact the Chamber office at 257-4323 or email us at director@lassencountychamber.org if you would like to have a poster ordered for your business. The labor law poster should arrive mid-December.

The Chamber board will meet on Thursday, December 19th for the last monthly board meeting of the year, beginning at noon, at Diamond Mountain Casino in the hotel conference room. The board encourages member attendance and comment; if you would like to address the board please contact the office staff prior to the board meeting so that you can be added to the agenda. The December board agenda will include nomination and election of 2020 board officers as well as routine business items.

2020 membership dues notices have been sent out; your prompt payment is appreciated. Your investment in the Chamber makes possible the many services and events that promote and support business, tourism, and relocation into Lassen County. We appreciate your investment and hope you will choose to continue to be part of the Chamber team by investing for the coming year.  Remember that Chamber membership is tax deductible as a ‘necessary business expense’.
