Make plans to attend the next Chamber mixer that will be hosted by the Pardner Farm Supply on Thursday, July 10, 2014, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The mixer will be held at the Pardner, located at 702-100 Johnstonville Road, Susanville. The event will feature s food, no-host bar, raffle prizes, and a steer weight guessing contest. Check out the latest merchandise at the Pardner while you are there and get decked out in the latest western wear in time for fair. They invite everyone to stop by to enjoy an evening of western hospitality-you do not need to be a Chamber member to attend; everyone is welcomed.
The Chamber board will meet on Thursday, July 10th for the monthly board meeting, beginning at noon, at Diamond Mountain Casino in the Hotel Conference Room. The board encourages member attendance and comment; if you would like to address the board please contact the office staff prior to the board meeting so that you can be added to the agenda.
Is your business ADA compliant? The Chamber will partner with Plumas Bank to host a free ADA Compliance Symposium Tuesday, July 15, 2014, 5:30 – 7pm at the Susanville Plumas Bank Branch, located at 3000 Riverside Drive. Speakers will include: Mike Gardner, Certified Access Specialist, Anthony DeCristoforo, Attorney, Stoel Rives LLP, and Jeff Morrish, of NST Engineering. Refreshments will be served and there will be a Q&A period following the presentations.
The Chamber will be coordinating the Fair Parade that will take place on Saturday, July 19th, beginning at 10am. A parade entry form can also be downloaded at lassencountychamber.org. The deadline to return you entry is Friday, July 11th.
