Make plans to attend the Thursday, May 21st Chamber Mixer that will be hosted by Anytime Fitness, from 5:30 to 7:30pm, at 2635 Main Street, Susanville. Deb and her staff welcome you to come in and see what’s new at the fitness center. You do not need to be a Chamber member to attend; everyone is welcomed to stop by to mingle with friends and business associates. Food and no-host bar will be available.
The Chamber will host a Customer Service Symposium, on Thursday May 21st, from Noon to 1:30pm, at Lassen Senior Center, located at 1700 Sunkist Avenue. Presenters will include Bill Payer, Tractor Supply Manager, Kris Svendsen, Safeway Manager, Al Robbins, retired business owner, John Larrivee, LCC Foundation and Gary Felt, retire transit manager. The Chamber board selected Damon Shea, C& S Waste Solutions General Manager, as the newest member of the board of directors. Please join us in welcoming him aboard; he will officially begin his term in June.
Start shining up your classic car and mark your calendar for the annual Main Street Cruise Classic Car Show n’ Shine that will be held on Saturday, June 27th, from 2 to 6pm, in Historic Uptown Susanville.
