The Lassen County Chamber of Commerce and Lassen Land and Trails Trust will co-host the annual Rails to Trails Festival on Saturday, October 10, from 10:00 to 4:00 pm, in conjunction with the Bizz Johnson Marathon. The festival will feature a chili cook-off, vendor and artisan marketplace, children activities, and handcart races. Applications to participate in this year’s festival are available by logging on to lassencountychamber.org and clicking on the Rails to Trails icon or contact the Chamber at 257-4323 for more information.
The LLTT 2015 Farmer’s Market season is in full swing held each Saturday, thru the month of September, beginning at 8am, at the Historic Susanville Railroad Depot. Call LLTT at 257-3252 if you would like to participate or for more information.
