Lassen County Chamber of Commerce Weekly Update

The Chamber board is pleased to announce that Tim Watts, Manager of Frontier Communications, was elected as the newest member of the board of directors. Please join us in welcoming him on board.
The Chamber will be celebrating 125 years of business leadership with a special event to be held on Friday, September 27 from 5:30 to 7:30pm. Invitations and complimentary tickets have been sent to Chamber members. Additional tickets may be purchased. A presentation will be made by the Lassen Historical Society and the museum has put together special displays featuring local businesses.
One Fine Day Catering has prepared a menu highlighting “A Taste of Lassen County” and there will by live music by “Fourgery”. Lassen Ale Works will introduce a special ale in honor of the occasion. Please remember to R.S.V.P. to the Chamber office at 257-4323 if you plan to attend.
The Chamber is holding a membership drive and is offering a new member rate. In addition, all new member will receive a dinner ticket and drink tickets for the Chamber’s 125th Anniversary Celebration. Susanville Elk’s Lodge invites everyone to come enjoy Monday Night Football and Taco Night, each Monday. The no-host bar opens at 5:30pm, tacos are served beginning at 6pm. Bring the whole family for tacos and a fun evening of watching football on the big screen at the Susanville Elk’s Lodge.
