Lassen Crime Stoppers Special Bulletin: Bomb Threat at High Desert State Prison

On Monday, September 20, 2021, at approximately 8:55 a.m., High Desert State Prison received a telephone call from an unidentified caller stating that a bomb had been placed in the parking lot at the institution. CDCR/HDSP Investigative Services Units are actively investigating the bomb threat, a violation of California Penal Code §148.1.

Crime Stoppers will be paying up to $500 for information which leads to an arrest in the case.

To report information about a crime you can anonymously call a simple telephone number, (530) 502-TIPS, and if that information pays off for local law enforcement you will be paid in cash.
