Seniors – Cash for College – A FAFSA Workshop is coming to Lassen. Bring your parent and come fill out your FAFSA with the help of Lassen Community College staff on Thursday, January 22nd, at 5:00p.m., in the LHS Library. For more information, please come by the counseling office.

Did you get new clothes for Christmas or want to help others? The Interact Club is having a winter clothing drive until January 21st. They are looking for jackets, sweaters, hats, gloves, long sleeve shirts, and jeans. Boxes will be placed in English classrooms as well as some other classrooms.
If you earned stellar grades last semester, it is time to join or renew your Lassen CSF Membership! The California Scholarship Federation emphasizes high standards of scholarship and community service for California high school students.
CSF applications can be picked up in the Counseling Office and are due back by January 27th. If you need help filling out your application, please see Mrs. Satica or come to our meeting at lunch in room 112 on Tuesday, January 27th.
There is a Freshman Class meeting this Wednesday, January 21st, from 8:30 to 9:30 in Mrs. Sherman’s Classroom. All students are invited to join them, and it is mandatory for all Officers.
Softball open gyms will be Tuesdays, January 20th, and 27th; Feb 3rd and 10th from 6:30 until 8:00p.m.
Credit Recovery courses are loaded and open in Edmentum. Get started right away and come see Nancy or Amanda in Student Services if you need any help.
If you have Credit Recovery PE Logs, remember to come pick up a new log sheet in the library for the month of January.
