On Friday, October 3rd, Lassen’s Varsity Football team won their Homecoming game against Las Plumas High School by a score of 56 to 14.
Lassen’s Junior Varsity team beat Las Plumas 50 to 6.
This Friday, October 10th, the Grizzlies will take on Anderson here at Arnold Field. Gametime for Varsity is 7:00p.m.

LHS is hosting a blood drive October 31st, in the small gym from 8:30a.m. until 1:30p.m.
Need community service hours? Want to help at a local fundraiser for Ayden Yerington, a 12-year-old local boy who is battling stage 4 cancer? Contact Ms. Rose to sign-up to help at the dinner, which is today, October 6th.
Boys soccer open field starts Tuesday, October 7th at Riverside Park from 3:30 to 5:00p.m. Tryouts will be November 10th, 11th and 12th at Riverside Park from 3:30 until 5:30p.m.
Boys basketball open gyms will be held October 8th and October 10th from 7:15 to 9:00.
Girls basketball open gyms are this evening, October 6th, from 7:00 until 8:30.
If you are a senior and are interested in attending the University of Nevada Reno please come up to counseling and sign up for Nevadabound. You will leave for Reno on November 19th at 7:30a.m. and return around 4:30p.m. Lunch will be provided and there is no cost to you for the trip. This trip is first come first serve, so come sign up as soon as possible.
PE Log Reminder: PE logs for credit recovery are due for the month of September. Please turn them into student services in the library and pick up a new monthly log as soon as possible.

Fundraising – Lassen FBLA is selling Breast Cancer Awareness shirts for $20. All proceeds will be going to Northern California Cancer Advocates.
