Lassen Varsity baseball beat Corning Friday 6-1. This brings their league record to 8-1 and 17-6 for the season. Joey Beck was on the mound all 7 innings for the Grizzlies. Beck had 13 strike outs, gave up 2 walks and only 1 hit.
At the plate for Lassen Joey Beck had 2 doubles, Colby Chavez had a double, a base hit and 2 RBI, Daniel Perry had a base hit and an RBI, Ryan Sharpe and Travis Fuller each had a base hit.
