Effective immediately, Lassen County Public Health has updated the operating hours and service policies for its Susanville clinic. The clinic located at 1345 Paul Bunyan Road, Suite A, will be open to the public on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
Please be advised that the office will close daily for a lunch break between 12:00p.m. and 1:00p.m.
To ensure efficient service for all residents, the clinic has transitioned to an appointment-only model, meaning walk-ins are no longer accepted at this time. Additionally, patients should prepare for non-cash transactions, as the clinic is currently unable to accept any cash payments.
For those seeking specific services such as TB testing or risk assessments, please note that these are only conducted on Mondays and Wednesdays.
