On December 13th the Lassen Association of Realtors hosted the group’s 50th Annual Installation Dinner to install their 2025 Board of Directors.
This year’s board will consist of president Daytona Lindstrom, vice-president Shaun Heard past-president Melanie Westbrook, treasurer Jim McCarthy and directors KiAnna Williams, Makaela Shively and Cindy DeMasi.
The 2025 board was installed by Tonya Peddicord and awards were presented by Melanie Westbrook, 2024 Board President and Daytona Lindstrom.
The Realtor of The Year winner was Cindy DeMasi of Mountain Valley Properties and the Affiliate of The Year was All Season Heating And Air Inc.
The realtor’s group gave special thanks to all of the realtors, affiliates and offices that contributed raffle prizes to benefit the LAOR and Loretta Stone Memorial scholarship funds.
Altogether, nearly $750 was fundraised which will go directly towards funding scholarships for high school graduates in Lassen County.
