The Lassen County Veteran Service Office is gearing up to launch a program which will put photo I.D. cards in the hands of our local veterans.
The veteran’s office needs the community’s help putting together a list of local vendors who offer veteran discounts. This list will be given to each veteran, along with their photo I.D.
If you are a local vendor who would like to be on the list, or know someone who would be interested in the program, visit the veteran’s office in the Memorial Hall on Main Street, or call (530) 251-8192.
Scheduling of veteran I.D. appointments begins on January 6th.
