There’s only one day left to log on and vote for Banner Lassen in the National Pink Glove Video contest, where Banner Lassen Medical Center is competing against other hospitals around the country to help promote breast cancer awareness with a neat video production.
The video was filmed in September at the hospital and features Banner Lassen staffers and friends who gathered for the production.
“We’re so excited to be part of what has become a major national competition. We are very appreciative of Medline for given us this opportunity to support our community in a fun way to raise Cancer awareness,” said Theresa Ritz, Banner Lassen’s Pink Glove Video spokesperson. “Putting together this video has been a labor of love for all of us. It was exciting to do but our goal is to raise awareness for early detection of cancer and raise funds for cancer research and prevention.”
The videos with the most votes will be awarded a donation to a breast cancer charity of their choice; 1st place – $25,000, 2nd place – $10,000 and 3rd place – $5,000.
Voting closes tomorrow night, November 8th, at 10:00 and winners will be announced by Medline November 15th. Click here to head over to pinkglovedance.com and vote for Banner Lassen’s video entry!
