
Are you a Licensed Vocational Nurse looking to take the next step in your medical career? Lassen Community College Nursing and Allied Health Occupations has announced that the application period for the LVN–RN Advanced Placement Bridge program is just around the corner.
The application window will be open from February 1st through March 1st, and if the student is accepted, the Transition class for this cohort will begin in Fall 2026.
How to Get Started
To ensure your application is successful, there are several key steps you must complete before the window opens. Here is your checklist:
- Complete the Mandatory RN Checklist Contact the LCC Counseling Department immediately to complete this required step. You cannot apply without it.
- Complete Your TEAS Exam Passing the TEAS exam is required to apply. Please note the specific requirements for this year:
- Version: You must take Version 7 only.
- Timeline: The exam must have been completed within the last 3 years.
- Send Your Official Transcripts
You must ensure all records are received by the college: Send these directly to Admissions & Records.
TEAS Transcripts: These must be official and sent directly from ATI.
Submit Your Application
Once the window opens on February 1st, be sure to submit your application before the March 1st deadline.
