Tuesday, July 9th at approximately 11:00pm, Lassen Municipal Utility District crews will begin installing new equipment in the Standish substation. This necessary work will require an interruption of power to LMUD’s Janesville, Standish, Litchfield and Wendel area customers.
The outage is expected to last roughly 90 minutes – it is anticipated that all customers will have power restored no later than 12:30a.m. Wednesday morning.
Energy Services Manager Theresa Phillips apologized for the inconvenience and thanked affected customers for their patience.
If your power is not restored by 1:00a.m. Wednesday morning, Phillips asks customers to call LMUD’s 24 hour customer service line at 530-257-4174.
