Lassen Municipal Utility District has announced a planned power outage early Thursday morning which will affect all of it’s power customers.
According to LMUD Public Relations Manager Theresa Phillips, beginning at approximately 4:00a.m., on Thursday, October 5th, all LMUD customers will be without power until approximately 5:30a.m.
Phillips explained that the outage is necessary so that crews can perform essential maintenance to the Westwood Substation.
“We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our facilities.”
