Susanville Ups Speeding Fines

Speeding fines in the Honey Lake Judicial District Court at Susanville, Calif., will take a 100 percent hike effective tomorrow, Saturday, January 16.
The new order, issued by Judge J. Yeakey, applies to all speeding citations issued within the city limits of Susanville.
The fine will increase from $1 to $2 per mile per hour of speeding regulations. In addition, a five percent penalty assessment will be imposed.
