Notice Inviting Bids For Constructing Susanville Town Hall-Fire House

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Susanville will receive sealed bids for the construction of its town hall-fire house. Said bids must be marked “Bids on New Town Hall,” and addressed to the Town Clerk of Susanville, Calif.
Bids will be received until July 30, 1923, at 8 p. m., at which hour all bids will be opened, in the Town Council’s Chamber. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of ten percent of the amount bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will sign the contract on the bid given, within five days after the date of opening the bids.
Plans and specifications may be secured by prospective bidders by depositing ten dollars with the Town Clerk of Susanville, or with F. J. DeLongchamps, Reno, Nevada, which amount will be refunded upon the return of the plans and specifications complete.
The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
