Mayor Richardson Turns Key for Thrifty Grand Opening

GIANT LOCK – Mayor Charles S. Richardson holds a giant Thrifty lock as Mrs. Richardson prepares to “turn the key” to open the new Thrifty Drug and Discount store in Susanville’s Lassen Shopping Center.
