Advocate Receives Quarterly Newsprint Shipment
March 16, 1976

NEWSPRINT SHIPMENT—Rolls of newsprint pictured above, received earlier this month by The Advocate, represents approximately a three months supply.

The newsprint was from the Crown Zellerbach Elks Falls Mill at Campbell River, British Columbia, and total weight of the 51 rolls—most of them 30 inch in width—was more than 22 tons.

Joe Boyer, standing on the truck, and four other Advocate staffers unloaded the shipment in about one hour. (Advocate photo).
