Three Parts Earth by Edna Frederickson and published by Threshold books

New Susanville firm plans to publish book
March 7th, 1972

The first novel to be published by Threshold Books, a new Susanville firm, will be released April 15, according to David Hudson, a spokesman.

Hudson said the newly established publishing house has opened its principal office at 365 Martha St. after organization last year.

The first book will be “Three Parts Earth”, the story of a young girl growing up in Arkansas and Oklahoma during the early 20th Century. Its author is Edna Frederikson.

Mr. and Mrs., John R. White, secretary-treasurer and editor-in-chief, respectively, are among the firm’s officers.
