Lassen Municipal Utility District will hold a public hearing on August 23rd to solicit comments on the General Manager’s Report regarding establishment of a net surplus electricity compensation valuation. The hearing will be held at 5:30p.m. in the LMUD boardroom, 65 S. Roop Street, and the public is invited to attend and provide comments.
Written comments must be received at the district’s Roop street offices at, or prior to, the meeting. During the hearing the Board of Directors will consider all comments, if any, to the General Manager’s report, copies of which are available at the office during their normal business hours.
