A special thanks to the local CHP Office for letting these scouts Dominic Smith, Nolan Mallory, and Caleb Heffner tour the office and learn about what CHP Officers do on a daily basis. The boys received a full tour of the office, dispatch, evidence room and garage. They were most impressed that an officers car collided with a deer coming in from Milford and they got to see the leg still stuck in the car. The boys also saw an air bag deployed and learned how important seat belts are.
