Lassen County Fair Manager Jim Wolcott traveled to Doyle Thursday afternoon to present an award to the students of Long Valley Charter School.
The kids were recognized for entering more items into fair competition, across a variety of categories, than any other school in the county.
Wolcott presented Long Valley Charter School Director Cindy Henry with $100 and invited all of the kids to participate again next year.
