Has anyone seen this dog? He is a 15-year old rat terrier mix.
He was taken from his dog kennel from a house on 3rd street. Whoever took him cut apart the kennel.
Theresa says, “He is my moms best friend and she is devastated!” There is a reward for his safe return or information leading to his safe return.
