A SusanvilleStuff Photofeature
by Jeremy Couso
The crew from the city’s Public Works Department, along with those nice guys from Frontier Communications, braved the rain Thursday and spent the morning hanging Christmas decorations along the length of Main Street. The garlands, bells, stars and other decorations are hung from the east end of Susanville to historic uptown, right up to the new community Christmas Tree below the Elks Lodge.
Volunteers from the Lassen County Chamber of Commerce built the new tree on Tuesday and also added new holiday displays in Pancera Plaza on Gay Street.
The decorating is all in preparation for Saturday’s Magical Country Christmas event in uptown.
Good job guys and thank you for making town look so festive!
