Marie Estell Rodarte, born March 29, 1959 passed October 6, 2023. Marie was preceded in death by both Godmothers Rosarte and Molina, Father Pete Rodarte, Dad Elmer “Red’ Mclaughlin, two uncles, Frank and Lawrence. Marie is survived by Mother Martha, brothers Jerry/Cathy, Rudy/Mary, Felix. Sister Cora/Ted, Brothers Clayton, Richard/Kathy. Marie was a Godmother to two, Travis and Dylan, Partner Heidi and Guardian to Anthony. She had numerous nephews, nieces, great nieces and nephews.
Active in sports, cheer leading in her younger years. After High School she attended college in Chico, CA. While there she worked at an Almond Factory losing her class ring in the Almonds several times. The boss always found it. After college, o Susanville then moved to Visalia, CA in 1988 – 2004. She always loved music, family gatherings, teaching younger family how to drive, from a three on the tree to automatics. Also fishing was thing.
Marie moved back to Susanville in 2004 to help with family. Marie is missed by all.
