It’s official! Lassen Sportsmen’s Club President Wade Workman announced Tuesday that this year’s Junior Fishing Derby will be held on Saturday, May 18th.
This will be the 35th year for the annual derby, with fishing for young anglers aged 2 to 15, along Paiute Creek and the Susan River.
The derby is co-sponsored by the City of Susanville, the County of Lassen and the SIR Tribal Business Council.
