Meadow View School is launching their Angel Bin Fabric and Clothing Collection fundraiser with a ‘drive up – drive off’ donation event this morning in the school’s parking lot at 1200 Paiute in Susanville from 9:00a.m. till noon.
Meadow View is collecting any clothing and household fabrics like bed spreads, sheets, towels and curtains.
This is a recycling program where all re-wearable clothing will be donated to needy families and unusable items are recycled and made into yarn. No fabric is turned away, just bring your donations in large trash bags to one of the drop off locations.
If you miss today’s drive-up event you can drop off donations at Meadow View during normal school hours.
You can also drop off donations at Skyline Self-Storage at 702-900 Johnstonville Road during business hours. Skyline storage has donated the use of two storage units to hold the fabric donated to the Angel Bin program.
Last drop off day will be Saturday November 22nd from 9:00 to noon.
